ITEM 2 – Election of New Chair
There were 2 Nominations for Chair of the SRA Board. Councillor Steve Ashton was elected as Chair by members.
ITEM 4 – Minutes of the previous meeting
Minutes were agreed as accurate pending one amendment requested by Iain Sturdy.
ITEM 7 – Update on £50m flood resilience funding
The SRA noted and endorsed the approach taken so far on the £50m flood resilience funding.
ITEM 9a – Quarter 1 2026-27 Finance Report
The SRA Board noted the financial performance as at the end of Quarter 1 of 2026-27
The Board also approved the re-allocation of funds to and from contingency as per Part Two.
ITEM 9b – Quarter 1 2026-27 Enhanced Programme Performance Monitoring Report
The SRA Board noted the overall delivery status of the schemes and activities within the current Enhanced Programme for Quarter 1 2026-27.
ITEM 10 – Top-up funding request for A358 Donyatt Hill Flood Reduction Works
The SRA Board approved an uplift in the grant allocation for this project in the 2026-27 financial year from £100,000 to £175,000.
ITEM 11 – Community Flood Action Fund (CFAF) update
The SRA Board noted the progress of the Community Flood Action Fund (CFAF).
The Board also considered whether any changes were required to the process and programme.
ITEM 12 – Riparian Theory of Change
The SRA Board noted the progress of the initiative as updated in the paper.
The Board also endorsed and supported the completion of the Riparian Theory of Change development process as planned.
